Homemade penile hanger | Instruction for construction an AFB-hanger in 7 steps

1. Step

Cut two wood blocks into pieces as shown in the picture to the right and drill holes in them at the indicated marks.

Step 2:

Put the pieces over each other with holes on the left side as depicted and tie them together with a piece of string.

Step 3:

Now take another piece of string and thread it to the right hole and make a knot at the backside so the string will not slide through the hole.

Step 4:

Now you need two or three pearls. String them up while making a knot between each of them so they won´t slide to either side.

Don´t tighten the knots too much. This way you will still have the opportunity to adjust the pearls.

Step 5:

Now take both strings and bind them together, make a knot! The "V"-shape you have now created will serve as the hanger for the weights attached later on.

Step 6:

Take a soft cloth and wrap it around your penis. For additional grip you can take a latex stripe for help (e.g. cut a stripe from a regular swim cap).

Step 7:

Instruction for building a swim cap hanger

There are two possibilities we want to present you for attaching the swim cap hanger. We recommend the first method. For this penis hanger you need a swim cap from which you cut a 10cm x 20cm (3.9 inches x 7.9 inches) piece. You also need an elastic band and a piece of string which can be made of cotton e.g. with a hook. The stickier the latex the less it has to be rolled up. Clean the latex piece carefully and dry it before you start with the application.

Step 1:

Wrap the latex piece with the smooth side facing inwards around glans and shaft of the penis as in the picture. Now you need the elastic band which is being attached at the top of the shaft behind the glans. This gives the latex additional grip and prevents it from sliding off.

2nd technique swim cap hanger

Step 1:

For this 2nd method you need again a 10cm x 20cm (3.9 inches x 7.9 inches) latex piece. You also need a PVC pipe of about 4,4cm (1.7 inches) perimeter.

A cardboard template can be helpful for measuring the latex piece. Again wash and dry the latex piece carefully.

It is important for the latex to be as sticky as possible after cleaning. We recommend white latex. Black latex is rather unsuitable as it is not very sticky.

Step 2:

Wrap the latex piece slowly with the smooth side facing down around the plastic pipe. Make sure the first layer is brought on tightly.

Step 3:

Roll the latex piece down the pipe and bring it into condom shape.

Step 4:

Now the latex condom can be rolled upwards over the glans. Look to it that the glans is covered including a 0,6cm (0.24 inches) area down the shaft. Make a test grip by firmly pulling at the lower end.

Step 5:

Now tie a string e.g. a cotton string to the latex end. Attach a hook to the end of this string and foist the desired weight over it. Now you are ready to start hanging training.
